We use natural and healthy ingredients to make our frozen yogurt:
Milk 2%, natural Greek yogurt, filtered water, real fruit and berries.
Glucose - Glucose is found in fruits and honey and is the major free sugar circulating in the blood of higher animals and humans. It is the source of energy in cell function, and the regulation of its metabolism is of great importance.
Corn syrup - Corn syrup is a sweet syrup that forms when cornstarch is broken down. Cornstarch is a product of corn (maize).
Citric acid - Citric acid is a weak organic acid found in citrus fruits. It is a natural preservative and is also used to add an acidic (sour) taste to foods and soft drinks. In biochemistry, it is important as an intermediate in the citric acid cycle and therefore occurs in the metabolism of almost all living things.
Fructose - Fructose is a monosaccharide that is a natural component of our diet. Fructose occurs naturally in berries and fruits, such as cherries, raisins and apples, and can make up 5–8% of their weight. Fructose comprises about 40% of honey.
